This Agreement Regarding General Assignment, Assignment of Accounts Receivable and Other Assets, and Assignment and Assumption of Contracts and Other Items (“Agreement”) is made by and between the City of San Diego, a California municipal corporation (the “City”), and the City of San Diego, solely in its capacity as the designated successor agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Diego, a former public body, corporate and politic (the “Successor Agency”), to be effective as of , 2012 (the “Effective Date”), when signed by the parties and approved by the San Diego City Attorney.
