This Agreement Regarding Confidentiality, Non-Solicitation, and Non-Recruitment (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on this day of , 20 between Sirius Solutions, L.L.L.P., its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns (collectively referred to as “Sirius Solutions, L.L.L.P.” or the “Company”), and (the “Employee,” also referred to as “I,” “me,” “my,”or “myself”).
