This Agreement Regarding Assignment and Assumption of Affordable Housing Assets (“Agreement”) is made by and between the City of San Diego, solely in its capacity as the designated successor agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Diego, a former public body, corporate and politic (the “Successor Agency”), and the City of San Diego, a California municipal corporation (the “City”), to be effective as of , 2012 (the “Effective Date”), when signed by the parties and approved by the San Diego City Attorney.
