On the night of September 5th, after two days of negotiation, an agreement has been reached which has the only scope to apply the provisions of Art. 2112 Codice Civicle (Civil Code) to the transfer of the company branch ICT INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT from UBIS SCpA to Value Transformation Services, the new company in which a participation is held by IBM.
