This Agreement for Resignation and Release of Claims (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Colorado Judicial Department, State Court Administrator’s Office (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “DEPARTMENT”) and Mindy Masias (hereinafter referred to as “EMPLOYEE”).
