THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the 1st day of July, 2019 by and between the City of Brentwood, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and GEOCON Consultants, Inc., a corporation ("Consultant") (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
