This Agreement for Architectural and Interior Design Services (this “Agreement”) is made by and between the Harris County Hospital District d/b/a Harris Health System (“Harris Health”), a political subdivision of the State of Texas, and (“Architect”). Architect and Harris Health are each also referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
