Vytautas Magnus University (hereinafter - University) represented by Mantas Simanavičius, Director of the Student Affairs Department, acting pursuant to authority granted by the Rector (Order No. 321 of 01 September 2016), and name, surname of the resident (hereinafter – Resident), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party“ have entered into the following Agreement for Accommodation (hereinafter – the Agreement) in accordance to the Procedure for University residences administration (hereinafter – Procedure):
