From 26 March to April 3, 2016 a delegation from the Federal Government of Somalia lead by His Excellency Omar Abdirashid Ali Sharmarke the Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia paid a working visit to Garowe, the capital of Puntland State of Somalia. Subsequent to detailed talks and negotiations the two parties agreed to the following:
