This AFFILIATE GUARANTY dated as of May 15, 2015 (the or this “Guaranty”) is entered into on a joint and several basis by each of the undersigned, together with any entity which may become a party hereto by execution and delivery of a Guaranty Supplement in substantially the form set forth as Exhibit A hereto (a “Guaranty Supplement”) (which parties are hereinafter referred to individually as a “Guarantor” and collectively as the “Guarantors”).

THIS AFFILIATE GUARANTY (as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Guaranty”) is made as of May 9, 2016 by and among Weatherford International plc, an Irish public limited company (the “Parent”) and each of the Subsidiaries of the Parent listed on the signature pages hereto (the Parent and each such listed Subsidiary, each an “Initial Guarantor”) and those additional Subsidiaries of the Parent that become parties to this Guaranty by executing a supplement hereto (a “Guaranty Supplement”) in the form attached hereto as Annex I (such additional Subsidiaries, together with the Initial Guarantors, the “Guarantors”), in favor of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent (the “Administrative Agent”), for the benefit of itself and the other holders of the Guaranteed Obligations (as defined below) (all such holders, the “Guaranteed Parties”).
