Area subject to this Agreement shall include only developed and designated parks owned or managed by the City and County of Honolulu and are assigned out on a first-come, first-served basis. This Agreement shall not include undeveloped or unimproved lands under DPR management and control. Park map and/or park pictures must be included (see page 7 for required attachments).
