(the “Company”) as the investment advisor to LK Secured Lending Reg A Fund (the “Fund”), to provide administrative and technology services to the Fund’s proposed offering under Regulation A (“Reg A+”) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”) (the “Offering”) of its common or preferred stock (the “Securities”).
