This agreement between the Adelante First Year Experience Program ( FYE and East Los Angeles College faculty member defines the terms required of faculty members that teach an Adelante course in the Adelante learning community. Faculty in the Adelante program are valuable because they promote Adelante FYE’s goals of enhancing scholar self-advocacy and a college-going mindset.
