This MSA states the general terms and conditions by which ACS will deliver and Client will receive any or all of the goods and services provided by ACS. Specific goods and services shall be ordered by executing a Signed Quote or Purchase Order. Each Signed Quote or Purchase Order (with any exhibits attached) submitted and accepted shall be considered an exhibit to this MSA, and shall be deemed to incorporate the terms covered in this MSA.

This Master Services Agreement (the “MSA” or “Agreement”) is by and between Associated Computer Systems, LLC d/b/a Associated Computer Systems, Ltd., an Iowa corporation having its principal place of business at 11122 Aurora Ave., Des Moines, Iowa 50322 (“ACS”, “us” or “we”) and the party executing the Signed Quote and/or Purchase Order which references this Agreement (“Client” or “you”) (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”). ACS is pleased that you have chosen us for your information technology needs. This Agreement is made effective as of the date on which said Signed Quote and/or Purchase Order is accepted by us (the “Effective Date”).
