The effective date of this Agreement is the date at the bottom of this page. Verathon and Buyer agree to be bound by this Agreement, including the standard Verathon Terms and Conditions (document number 0003-0625-04-01), which are provided with and form part of this Agreement. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which will be considered an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile or electronic copy of this Agreement will be considered an original.
