This HIPAA Subcontractor Agreement, dated as of supplements and is made a part of the ACA Video Remote Interpreting, LLC Terms and Conditions of Participation Agreement (as defined below) by and between ACA VRI (“Business Associate”) and (“Subcontractor”). Business Associate and Subcontractor may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or individually as “Party”.
