This Affiliate Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January 19, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Experience in Action, a nonprofit District of Columbia corporation located at 401 9th Street NW 4th floor, Washington DC 20004, and City of Tempe (the “Affiliate”), a nonprofit corporation located at 31 E 5th Street, Tempe AZ 85281 in order to establish the rights and responsibilities of each party with respect to the Experience Corps Project in the Licensed Territory (defined below).
