THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of the day of 2014 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by Sony Pictures Television, a Division of CPT Holdings, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (“Licensor”), and WASU Media & Network Co., Ltd., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the People’s Republic of China (“Licensee”).
