THIS COLSTRIP UNIT 4 PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of December 9, 2019, is by and between NORTHWESTERN CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“Buyer”), and PUGET SOUND ENERGY, INC., a Washington public utility corporation (“Seller”).
