This agreement is made by and between Manheim Borough (Lessor) and Lessee. As used herein, “Lessee” refers collectively to the renting group or organization and the responsible person. The renting group or organization and the responsible person are jointly and solely responsible for Lessee’s obligations under this agreement.

I, , state that I have read and understand the attached truck parking lot & storage rules and regulations, and that I agree to abide by said rules and regulations. Further, I agree to hold TWT harmless for damage or theft of any property owned or used by me while it is on the premises. I will not be storing hazardous materials in my vehicle or in the storage containers available. (All motorized vehicles subject to parking excise tax. Trailers are tax-exempt.
