I, (“I”, “Borrower”, or “Rider”), wish to participate in the program (“Program”) offered by Capital Area District Libraries whereby I may check out a bicycle using my library card. Capital Area District Libraries and American Cycle and Fitness, the company providing maintenance, are individually and collectively called “CADL/ACF”.
