Fluor Hanford, Inc., MSA , its successors, hereinafter called “the Employer,” or “Company”, and the Hanford Atomic Metal Trades Council, AFL-CIO, hereinafter called “the Council,” and is applicable to all work done under the Project Hanford Management Mission Support Contract (MSC), by the work force defined in Article I of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
