Contract2019 Knime Ag Alliance Partner Agreement • March 13th, 2019
This Reseller and Alliance Agreement is made as of the date of the submission of the Partner Registration Webform on the KNIME website (“Effective Date”) and between KNIME AG, a Swiss corporation having its principal place of business at Technoparkstr 1, Zurich 8005 Switzerland (“KNIME”, “We” or “Us”), and the registering Partner Company as stated on the submitted form (“Alliance Partner ”, “You” or ”Your”). KNIME and Alliance Partner also may be referred to, collectively, as the “Parties” or, singularly, as a “Party”.
