THIS 2016 SENIOR LOAN AGREEMENT (this “Agreement” or the “Loan Agreement”) is made and entered into as of August [ ], 2016, by and between COLORADO SPRINGS URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY, a body corporate and politic duly existing under the laws of the State of Colorado (the “Authority”), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association, in its capacity as lender (the “Bank”).
