THIS NONQUALIFIED STOCK OPTION AGREEMENT FOR NON-EMPLOYEE DIRECTORS (this “Agreement”), dated as of the ____ day of June, 2008, by and between PRIMEDIA INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Corporation”), and ___________________________ (the “Participant”), is made pursuant and subject to the provisions of the Corporation’s 1992 Stock Purchase and Option Plan (the “Plan”), a copy of which is attached hereto. All terms used herein that are defined in the Plan have the same meaning given them in the Plan.
