THIS SPONSOR AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of October 6, 2025, is made by and between Canary Capital Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Sponsor”), and Canary Litecoin ETF, a statutory trust organized under the laws of Delaware (the “Trust”).

This FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED TRUST AGREEMENT of CANARY HBAR ETF is made and entered into as of October 6, 2025 (“Trust Agreement”), by and among Canary Capital Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Sponsor”), CSC Delaware Trust Company, a Delaware corporation, as trustee (“Trustee”), and the Shareholders from time to time hereunder.
