This SHORT TERM LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Lease”) is executed as of this 25 day of April, 2018 by and between WE 150 MUNSON LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Landlord”) and QUANTUM CIRCUITS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”).
