This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) made and entered into this 15th day of June 2018, by and between PunchFlix, Inc, a Delaware corporation with principal offices located at 11705 Willake St, Santa Fe Springs, California 90670 (“PunchFlix” or “Company”); and Joseph Collins, an individual, with principle offices located at 11705 Willake St., Santa Fe Springs, California 90670 (“Collins”). PunchFlix and Collins shall be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
