This Executive Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of January 21, 2025, by and between Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a California corporation, any of its past, present, or future parents, subsidiaries, predecessors, affiliates, successors, officers, directors, assigns, investors, agents, owners, managing agents and insurers (the “Company”), and Brendan Teehan (the “Executive”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
