This Derivatives Risk Management Program Support Services Addendum (this “Addendum”) with an effective date of April 1, 2022 shall be attached to and governed by that certain Master Services Agreement between Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC (“Ultimus”) and Atlas U.S. Tactical Income Fund, Inc. (the “Trust”) dated May 6, 2021 (the “Agreement). All capitalized terms used herein, unless otherwise defined, have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement as it may be supplemented or amended from time to time.

THIS AGREEMENT (the “Assignment”), is made and entered into as of this 21st day of May, 2021 among Atlas U.S. Tactical Income Fund, Inc. (the "Fund"), Puerto Rico corporation, MUFG Union Bank, N.A. (“Union Bank”), and U.S. Bank, N.A. (“U.S. Bank”), each a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America.

This Distribution Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated April 6, 2022, is made by and among Atlas US Tactical Income Fund Inc. (the “Corporation”), Atlas Asset Management LLC (the “Advisor”), and Northern Lights Distributors, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Nebraska (“Distributor”).
