THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 27th day of June, 2017 by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Toews Agility Dynamic Tactical Income ETF, Toews Agility Put Write Enhanced Return ETF, Toews Agility Specified Risk ETF, Toews Agility Tactical Core Fixed Income ETF (the “Funds”), a series of the Trust, and the Advisor of the Fund, Toews Corporation (the “Advisor”).
