On or about December 17, 2015 the above Parties entered into a Lease and Addendum 1 (the “Lease”) for the entire Premises of 81 Digital Drive, Novato, California, which included approximately 25,100 sf. On or about March 14, 2016 the Parties executed Addendum 2, which added approximately 4,388 sf of first and second floor office at 77 Digital, the Term for which has been extended to December 31, 2020.

THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT (the “Second Amendment”) is made as of this 1st day of July, 2018, between ARE-MA REGION NO. 20, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Landlord”), and ULTRAGENYX PHARMACEUTICAL INC., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”).

This Amendment No. 5 to the Collaboration and License Agreement (“Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between Kyowa Hakko Kirin Co., Ltd., a company organized and existing under the laws of Japan, with an address at 1-9-2 Ohtemachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, 100-0004, Japan (“KHK”) and Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc., a company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, with an address at 60 Leveroni Court, Novato, California 94949, USA (“UGNX”).
