This Separation and Release Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of the 1st day of June, 2017 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Joseph Elkhoury (“Employee”) and TETRA Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”).
