This Executive Employment Agreement, including the Confidentiality & Non-Solicitation Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein by reference (collectively, the “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of this 12th day of June, 2015 (“Effective Date”), by and between Champion Pain Care Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Garland A. Champion Toronto and CPAI entered into a Services Agreement dated July 1, 2014 (“the Agreement”) pursuant to which Champion Toronto is to provide management and other services required by CPAI in exchange for fees and reimbursement of expenses so that CPAI can properly implement the Protocol and develop the pain management business in the United States;

Champion Toronto and CPAI entered into a Services Agreement dated July 1, 2014 (“the Agreement”) pursuant to which Champion Toronto is to provide management and other services required by CPAI in exchange for fees and reimbursement of expenses so that CPAI can properly implement the Protocol and develop the pain management business in the United States;
