This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of the Effective Date (as hereinafter defined), by and between [Graphjet Technology Ltd] (together with its successors and assigns, the “Company”), and Tham Choi Kuen (Malaysian NRIC No. 671112-05-5418) (“Executive”).
