This Amendment No. 1 to Executive Employment Agreement (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into as of this 28th day of October, 2022 (the “Amendment Date”), by and between HeartCore Enterprises, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Sumitaka Yamamoto (the “Executive”).
