This SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of January 15, 2021, is by and among Dogness (International) Corporation, a British Virgin Islands company with headquarters located at No. 16, N. Dongke Rd., Tongsha Industrial Zone, Dongguan, Guangdong 523000, People’s Republic of China (the “Company”), and each of the investors listed on the Schedule of Buyers attached hereto (individually, a “Buyer” and collectively, the “Buyers”).
