THIS NOTE REPAYMENT AND WARRANT AMENDMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of February 25, 2020, by and between Conversion Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Alpha Capital Anstalt (the “Holder”).
