This SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of October 19, 2021, by and between GOOD HEMP, INC., a Nevada corporation, with its address at 202311 Chartwell Ctr. Dr. Ste. 1469, Cornelius, NC 28031 (the “Company”), and SIXTH STREET LENDING LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, with its address at 1800 Diagonal Road, Suite 623, Alexandria, VA 22314 (the “Buyer”).
