THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered effective as of the 28th day of September, 2020, by and between Terra Tech Corp., a Nevada Corporation (the “Company”) and Jeffrey Batliner (the “Executive”) and supersedes and replaces any prior employment agreement or employment letter between the Parties.
