This Investment Sub-Advisory Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January 20, 2022, as amended December 8, 2022, by and between SkyRock Investment Management, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“Advisor”) and Typhon Capital Management, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Sub-Advisor”), in relation to the Typhon Tactical Managed Futures Strategy Fund (the “Fund”), a series of the Starboard Investment Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”).
