This Investment Sub-Advisory Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of June 7, 2018 by and between Cavalier Investments, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation ("Advisor") and Peak Capital Management, LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company ("Sub-Advisor"), in relation to the Cavalier Dynamic Growth Fund (the "Fund"), a series of Starboard Investment Trust, a Delaware Statutory Trust ("Trust").
