THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between AV Homes, Inc. (“Company”) and Roger A. Cregg (“Executive”). Once signed by both of the parties, this Agreement will be deemed effective as of January 1, 2014 (“Effective Date”). This Agreement supercedes all previous agreements, promises, representations, understandings and negotiations between the parties, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof, except as expressly provided herein.
