This FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED DEPOSITARY TRUST AGREEMENT dated as of January 31, 2022 between iSHARES® DELAWARE TRUST SPONSOR LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as sponsor, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, a New York banking corporation, as trustee, all Registered Owners and Beneficial Owners from time to time of Shares issued hereunder and all Depositors.
