This First Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of May 10, 2021 (this “Amendment”) is entered into by and among Apollo Management Holdings, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Borrower”), the Guarantors (as defined below) party hereto, the Lenders (as defined below) party hereto and Citibank, N.A., as administrative agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”) party hereto.
