This AMENDED AND RESTATED EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of May 12, 2026 (the “Effective Date”), by and between CorMedix Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Elizabeth Hurlburt (“Executive”).
