This UMB Treasury Management Services Master Agreement (this “Master Agreement”) contains the terms, conditions and provisions that are applicable to the respective Services. The words “you”, “your” and “yours” as used in this Master Agreement mean the person, partnership, corporation, association, limited liability company or other entity that maintains their Account(s) with us.
