This GUARANTY (this “Agreement”), dated as of May 26, 2023 is made by and among VERTEX REFINING ALABAMA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Guarantor”) and MACQUARIE ENERGY NORTH AMERICA TRADING INC., a Delaware corporation (“Macquarie”).
