Equity Contribution Agreement, dated as of September 26, 2008 (this “Equity Contribution Agreement”), between Ripplewood Partners II, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Contributor”), and Interstate Bakeries Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”).
