This warrant agreement was originally executed on October 21, 2003. The contractual obligations underlying original terms and conditions were fully performed. However, because the agreement was lost, the parties have recreated the original agreement with terms and conditions they believe are substantially similar to the original. If the original agreement is ever located and the terms and conditions vary from this agreement, then this recreated agreement will govern.
